My post got deleted. My phone is so stupid. But any mommas know of any good fitness exercises that may help bring on labor? I know sex is good and walking. I've started to do some bouncing on my exercise ball as well.

Use an exercise ball to help induce labor. Exercise balls can be purchased at your local sporting good store. Sit on the center of the exercise ball -- keep your feet positioned flat on the ground with your knees bent. Use your feet to roll back and forth across a room. You may also simply bounce up and down on the exercise ball, Exercising and stretching your legs can also help your baby to descend and get into position for delivery.

Starting TWW. Anyone else?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
