why is it when I lay down my back and everything else hurts so much more ugh!
Nope not till next week! I'm sure if you just keep doing what you're doing it will happen!! :)
I have been walking I started walking my 37th week I think that's how I made it to 2 cm... I don't have a exercise ball tho so just gonna stick to walking and I've tried sex so that may have taken part in softening my cervix as well @kaity0117 ...have you been checked yet?
You should definitely go for a walk everyday and if you have an exercise ball my midwife told me to get one cause baby is up so high still
Oh Ok...I wish I would go in labor already. I haven't been having any type of contractions but I am 2cm dilated . I feel like I'm one of the those people that doesn't feel anything until the exact moment I go in labor @kaity0117
Well I think I just overworked myself and started getting really a strong cramping feelings and they came and went for about 2 hours! I just drank water and rested and it went away!
January 13th :) what about you? I've had one false labour scare and that was last night!
Oh cool when are you due?...it's my first too. @kaity0117
I am happy to hear that! :) and I am 38 weeks as well and I have one of those snoogle pregnancy pillows... It's really comfortable but I still wake up with some pain now, I think it's just because it's my first so my body hasn't been pulled apart like this before! And cause we just finished moving!
so I just woke up from a nap and I tried it and it helped so Thank you @kaity0117
If you haven't had your belly supported at all you really should!!! I always assume that everyone does it already but seriously it will help!!! A lot! At least I hope it does!
Yes I have a belly Lmao 38 weeks worth of belly but I'll give that a try @kaity0117
That's no help... You could try heat packs or ice... Or both! If you have a belly yet put a pillow under you belly. My back stopped hurting so much when I did that
I would talk to your midwife or doctor see if they can recommend anything
Yea I tried that it doesn't do anything for me...I keep a pillow between my legs and one under my back as well but it doesn't really help me @kaity0117
Oh lol sorry!!! Oops I am so tired I didn't even see that! Do you lay down with a pillow between your legs?
I don't lay down on my back you might have read it wrong. I said when I lay down it makes my back hurt... I only lay on my sides. when I try to get up my back and entire lower region just hurts @kaity0117
If laying on your back makes you hurt... DO NOT DO IT! There is an artery that the babies weight might be pushing on and it can decrease the blood flow to your baby and your legs and stuff... It's safe to do until it's uncomfortable!
I hope so 😊@kaity0117
