Nope. The powder doesn't. It's been mixed with water it's only good for an hour. Then it starts to grow bacteria. @brandi_22

Does this look like a dog? If so, what kind? Someone posted it on a lost dog Facebook page and said that she is very skinny and looks like she's been on her own for a while. She kind of looks like a baby fox or coyote to me.
