I wouldn't use any thing, that sounds normal to me but I'm not a doctor if it doesn't look bad or get worse I wouldn't bother it. if it gets worse and looks irritated I would call up a doctor and ask if it's okAy to use a cream

It's not red just little bumps it's all over her face but it don't seem like it's itching her ..do you think I should use eczema cream from target or something

are they just bumps or does it look red, Dry, and irritated? I'm gonna guess it's just acne, if it's on his scalp it could just be cradle cap...my son has bumps all over his forehead..my doctor told me to apply lotion after baths to prevent eczema
