@heavensmommy, I hold the bottom of my stomach when i sneeze or cough... it works for the pain

my midwife said to bring my knee up when I cough or sneeze to make it less painful.

Sneezing and yawning both hurt!! I feel like my stomach is expanding every time -_- I feel ya!

Yeah it's normal ! Is it your first pregnancy? It's my first baby so it's the first time my uterus is stretching so my whole body is sensitive

I remember when I was sick around 20 weeks and I felt a cramp every time I sneezed :/
