HELP???? 31weeks as of today and ever since yesterday ive had horrible back pains on my right lower back and leg pains and menstrual like cramps. What is causing this what should I do? ftm

it could be Braxton Hicks. but if they r consistent. like 4-5 minutes apart and for more than an hour, go get checked. it just happened to me last week and they gave me a short to stop the contractions.
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Anyone else having HORRIBLE back pain what are you doing to deal with it?
