say your husband has a hobby such as hunting or fishing and your 100% for it because that's something he likes to do and you like the groceries it puts on the table. .but if your 37 weeks and your doctor told you that you were progressing quickly and dilated to 2 cm and "anything can happen at anytime come in as soon as contractions start or water breaks" would you be okay with him leaving you at home with two children and going an hour away to hunt (on his off days) or should he stick around the house as long as he's not @ work? ?

if he absolutely has to go then you should have a family member that can take you to the hospital with you
um no I would not. I am an active hunter as well so i understand his drive to hunt but by all means if she said it can happen at any time he can stay home for 3 weeks.
he should stay home yes it sucks to not go but there is next year and an hour away is way to far alot can happen in that mount of time
that shouldn't even be a question. you are suppose to be his first priority!
I would strongly suggest he sticks around or have a family a member that I would call in an emergency to come watch the kids while I go to the hospital and he would have to meet me there.
