don't worry its normal. I had it too. around 7 or 8 weeks it'll stop.

sometimes it was so bad I couldn't sleep.

i had cramps then too and im 32 weeks now. its normal unless your bleeding. and then around 4 months i got bad ones where i wanted to cry smh. its your uterus i guess.

I had them really really bad too but I didn't know I was prego till 7 weeks. I thought me cramping was me getting my period turns out I got a baby lol docs told me it's the uterus expanding that made it hurt!

Cramping is normal, but if it worries you or scares you then you should get seen. That's what every doctor had told me. It's been to go in and have nothing wrong then to have something wrong and think it's nothing.
