no just been tryna eat more veggies... Thanks but the laxatives and stool softeners didn't work for me I was extremely constipated the first 4-5months of my pregnancy trust me I tried everything Lol @seleneromanortiz12

have you tried the shakes again?? @kaymariah if u haven't already you should try the laxatives but ask your doctor first

I don't remember how many I took but I was taking stool softeners and it did nothing for me. the one thing that did work was some chocolate protein shakes my grandmother gave to me @seleneromanortiz12

yes definitely sucks especially if yiu suffered from constipation before your pregnancy which I did @kaymariah I know this might not be the best recommendation but if all else fails my doctor told me to take laxatives or stool softners..its not recommended but you have to go you know? so you might want to ask your doctor about that cuz those two things are the only thing that work for me

I didn't really suffer from constipation at the beginning of my pregnancy either but now its a struggle

it gets worse the further along you get because of how crowded it gets in there :/
