I applied over the phone it took a couple of days
I applied online, and they called me a week or two later then I got my card in the mail and all that. It depends on your state I think. @mvingle77

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
