I have been crying for the last hour because shit is getting real and I'm fucking scared! it's gonna hurt and that's what scares me the most. Idk of I can do this! I'm not built for this I'm not strong enough to handle this. ugh 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I'm just so freaking ready like its really annoying that I keep getting contractions but they stop like why can't it just happen its like he's teasing me Lol
Ok thanks! @january10 i feel the same bout the excitement for first contraction... I'll know he's ready when I start feeling real pain
true very true but like @alicia91 the epidural works miracles girl! once you get it you'll be just fine, you'll probably even be able to sleep during. just try not to think about so much. shoot I was just talking to kaine's dad about this last night about like I'm excited that I have a new baby coming but then I remember how he has to come out & once it starts there is no going back. it still scares me & this is my third child, at this point I'm just so miserable I'll probably cry I'll be so happy when I feel that first contraction! just tell yourself I'm ready I can do this I got it I'm strong enough don't put yourself down & don't doubt yourself.
I'm going thru a moment and nobody gets it. I'm not quitting there's no such thing as quitting in child birth. I have no choice but to do it it's not like I can stop the labor when if happens and say I'm not doing this. there's no turning back. I'm simply scared of the pain I'm not good with pain. Yes I have tattoos and piercings but that's nothing compared to this I just don't know how ima handle this and I'm trying to cope with it but quitting isn't an option because it's gonna happen no matter how scared I am @january10th
even with my first I never googled anything for that reason because its like anything else if you go into something expecting something negative as an outcome more then likely you'll have a negative out come. You're just scaring yourself by looking stuff up. like I could go look stuff up now & there are going to be people that say they had the most horrible experience in the world but if I go into it thinking that way I'll more than likely make it more horrible for myself. but I guess everyone is different & so is everyones pain tolerance. I agree this is my third I'm used to it but even with my first it didn't hurt. I went in thinking I was gonna die when they did the pap smear for the first time at the end of it all it didn't even hurt. & your already saying you can't do it. labor sucks it really does I did it natural with my first trust me I wanted to give up it hurt so bad but once you get started your thinking about getting the baby out you can't quit before you even start its like anything else in life.
@kaymariah We all get scared though, this is my second and I have my moments where I am freaking out and crying because I'm scared of whats coming but it's like my doctor said, the last few weeks before labor you just get sooo tired, uncomfortable, and in pain all over that you just want the baby out, lol. Don't worry so much just relax and if you get the epidural, you'll be good to go pain free! I promise it's normal but you will do great momma :)
well I never had a baby before so I have no idea what to expect. I look up everything and read about it to see other people experiences especially after my gbs test experience I like to kno what to expect so I can prepare myself for it. maybe it's different for you because this is your 3rd so u kno what to expect and how it's gonna feel @january10th
@kaymariah Getting checked is uncomfortable and painful depending on how gentle the doctor is. But on a scale of 1-10 the pain in my opinion is honestly about a 3 so not completely painless. Labor, well. It is painful, not even gonna lie. I got the epidural but by the time I had my baby when I was 7 cm it wore off and they put more but it didn't work anymore so I felt the whole ending. And I had a 3rd degree tear but I didn't feel that part, I found out I tore when they were sewing me at the end. But in all honesty, it does hurt but once that baby is out, it's like nothing ever happened! And you see that little face and you don't even remember the pain :)
well going in thinking about pain isn't going to help you stay relaxed.
some say "doesn't hurt just pressure" and some say "hurt so bad I wanted to punch the doctor " so I have no idea but I'm expecting pain @lp1988727 @january10th
I hope so.Monday my doctor gonna check my cervix and I'm scared of that too cuz I heard it's pretty painful. basically im scared of anything that has do with pain in my vajayjay @lp1988727
Girl you will be okay once epinephrine kicks in your body will go into mommy mode, and once the baby comes out, it's the best feeling ever emotionally and physically 😉
awww..girl well they say it will be worth it in the end.. I can't really give advice on this yet

😭 I'm so scared
I hate that I'm scared of my own husband.
I'm scared that I might be having twins... :(

Not trying to scare any of you mommies. but this is what the epidural Needle looks like. I'm not as scared as I thought I was gonna be. so I'm looking forward to NO pain lol.
Can anyone post pics of recent c section scars? I'm really scared and curious. Preferably if you are diabetic or were during the pregnancy. I'm scared but I need to see.. google images is all over the place .
Its ok to be scared @kaymariah this is my 6th and I still get scared sometimes when I think about labor. My most scariest part is the Epidural ( I hate needles) but once I get it im in heaven. It will all be so worth it in the end though 😊👍
