hot or warm water. get in the shower if you can & let the water hit them while pumping or get hot rags to put on them while pumping

like get it hot, wring out all the water & set it on top of your boobs not covering the nipple while you pump. or get an empty water bottle fill it with hot water & put it all around your boobs. the hotness will make them start leaking, then theyll just start pouring out milk lol
