I'm tired of displaying the signs l&d tells me I should come in for, coming in, being informed that yes I'm contacting and no they aren't Braxton Hicks, however I'm not dilating any more past 4 cm, but baby's heart is fine so nothing is wrong, being sent home with certain directions/warning signs and repeat. it's been nearly seven full days of CONSTANT never ending never slowing always worsening contractions and signs leading to the cycle above. I'm in insane amounts of pain and I don't know what's wrong with me, only that I'm exhausted crying and don't wanna come back when they send me home again.
@wrens_mommy Yeah, they just send people home like 98% of the time. Next time you feel contractions, try walking around so they get worse and you can dilate. Try taking a warm bath or shower, that always helps mine go away. Also the drinking 2 glasses of water and laying on your left side has helped, too.

Laying down doesn't do anything. They've done nothing but get worse and worse since last Thursday. I've been informed I've been in "early labor" for a week.
@wrens_mommy Omg wow, I can't believe they havent done anything. I mean I know they like to keep baby in there as long as possible but some babies are ready to come out but theres been cases where the umbilical cord is stuck and keeping them from being able to go down further. Have they done an ultrasound lately???
@jellybeansmommie, I hope you're right. @alicia91 I had a quick u/s done Tuesday when I failed an nst. They said the cord was in front of her face, but that she looked fine.
@wrens_mommy I agree, try to keep calm although I know l&d sometimes just don't give a damn. I was just there yesterday twice for pain and all they gave me was tylenol and sent me home. All night I had such a horrible back ache, I thought it was back labor but they dont give a damn
@wrens_mommy, I'm in the same boat girl. it's very irritating, I'm having really good contractions right now and they are consistent but I'm not going up there spending a few hours there On Christmas just to be sent home again because everything is right in just not changing dilation wise. keep your head up. it will happen eventually for all us.
