my man thinks its funny to sing " OO ARIOLA" every time he sees my boobs... why did they get ssssooooo dark and big!!

not too sure, but I'm in the same boat! can't wait for them to go back to normal. my husband says its an easier target for the baby to see lol

They get darker because infants can't see color for a little while after they are born and can only see so far in front of there face, its so they can find the latch!:)

really ? well that suck cuz im already 2 months pp and my nipples definitely didnt go back ... thank goodness hubby likes it lol

they will stay big and dark until you stop breastfeeding more than likely! it's hormonal.

@olladysaidy, that is so interesting! I love what our bodies do naturally it just amazes me!! I thought they went back. I hope to god they go back to normal at least somewhat I do not like the way they look right now:(

@regelbaby @sgtpeppertheory @babygirl10-11 @sking0921 @18andpregnant yes it is all hormonal...its due to the extra melanin produced by our bodies. Its worse with dark toned women, like myself . Mine went back to normal after a few months of having my son. now its back to the drawing bored again.

Lol back to the drawing board @olladysaidy all worth it for our kiddies. Like I'm starting to get stretch marks on my hips which kinda sucks but hey what can you do right?

@regelbaby cocoa butter...lather yourself like a turkey! although some women are prone to stretch marks it really helps. heck just talking about it I'm gonna lather up lol

Lucky! @18andpregnant. I'm a moisturizer a holic i swear! Apparently they're hereditary. So if your mom didn't get em.. U prob won't either! My mom got them so I knew ide get them :( but they'll fade so it's all good!

ive heard the nipple size doesnt always go back to pre pregnancy, but the color will lighten up with time kind of like the dark line that shows up down your belly. as for the stretch marks. my mother had them BAD, but she also put on a lot more weight than I have. She put on 102lbs with her first pregnancy, and im only at 34lbs so far with less than two weeks to go. I am hoping and crossing fingers I dont get them. :-/
