do it as long as you can. the very beginning is when they get the very best stuff!

6 months is the minimum suggested but a year or more would be good! I think you should try a class :)

The class was incredible!!! Made me very excited to breastfeed and I would use formula as an option only if my boobs don't work. I am definitely pro breast feeding. It helps you get back to your pre pregnancy weight, helps to shrink your uterus back to size, it helps to coat babies tummy to prevent diseases and digestion issues, prevents obesity in the baby for later in life... The list is endless.. And as for convenience it's always at the right temperature, it's always ready to go, it's free! If you are willing to give it a go I would do it, and if your not, then find the formula that will work for you!

i did the research. your supposed to breast feed for at least 1 year. when teeth start growing and the rate of their growth will tell me if i can go fully through with a year.

Well I'd say try breast feeding first if you are thinking about it and then if that doesn't work for you then use formula! If you are considering it you might as well try it! But if you aren't comfortable breast feeding you shouldn't feel pressured! You can always take a breast feeding class (I did) and they will give you all the benefits and the know how and then you can make an informed choice! I knew right when I found out I was pregnant I wanted to breastfeed! I suggest researching the facts and making a choice that will best suit you and your baby!
