having alot of braxton hicks this is the first time having them didnt realize i was but im having really bad acid reflux and every time i start to feel acid come up my stomach is hard at the top !!yikes hope babygirl dont turn them intk to anything more yet !! wait till daddys home please!!!
need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

It might not be BH contractions but just baby putting pressure on you. Eat smaller amounts and don't drink while you eat, that will help. And don't lay down after eating! If you are having BH contractions sit down with water and wait for it to pass
