Does Breastfeeding Daily Burn as Much Energy as Walking 7 Miles?

Shiiiiddd if it does then sobg me up! I was breast feeding anyway but this is extra motivation.

I've been breastfeeding and It don't think that's true. I have plenty of energy. It might burn the same amount of calories though.. I have lost thirty of the fourth five pounds I gained during pregnancy and I'm only.twelve days postpartum.
