@amberlee_94 Omg, I had an exhausting day! But don't even feel bad because it is his responsibility. Even if you don't need it girl, take it. You could put it into a savings account for college or whatever he wants to spend it on when he's older but its either for your son or hes just gonna waste that money, might as well go for something important! Dont even feel bad because hes not feeling bad for you girl! Go after him all the way ! :)

@alicia91, I really don't want to use him for his money but that is exactly what I have to do here because I neeeed daycare assistance. & food stamps would be nice too.. and yes it is food stamps that make you go after the dad for CS. If I didn't have to involve him at all trustttt me I wouldnt. but I don't have any choice. and the $300+ a month would help out a lot with diapers and wipes and everything he needs. It will really help out. If he can pay 600 a month then he can pay 300.

Save his threats as proof and go for child support.. It will be more stable in the long run for you and your baby.

and he has 2 other baby mom's and I guarantee he blackmailed them too to not go after him for CS. He doesn't pay it on any of his kids. And he has a minimum of 6 but I've heard that he could possibly have 3 more and I believe it. He's fertile as fuck!

@amberlee_94 Yeah they will! If he does expose, pay no mind, laugh it off and ignore! Don't show emotion in front of anyone because that gives them reason to keep bothering you, just laugh it off and act like you dont give two shits about it even if it does, don't act it. But like I said girl, he just doesn't know what else to do to keep you from taking his money but thats not your problem, your sons needs come first. If he wanted to he a real man and own up to responsibilities, he would come to an agreement, not bring up childish stuff to try to get out of having to support HIS child! Just tell him, TRY ME!! Tell him to go ahead and expose, expose, expose all he wants because you're still going to put child support. He won't do it, and if he does Oh well. Honestly it's something people will forget in a few weeks. Brush it off and say fuck yall, I looked damn good in those pics, lol. If you show him you're afraid of him or you feel threatened, he's gonna take advantage. I would take the risk, squeeze them ovaries real tight and say DO IT!! Lol and just cross your fingers. By saying that, hes not being nice to you so don't be nice to him and try to keep things smooth becauss what if you end up trusting him and then one month he doesn't pay up and you ask for the money and he says "stop bothering me or ill expose these pics"?? @anabezzy, that is exactly how I feel about it too.. except I don't think you can sue somebody for exposing your pics.. that's just something that will hang over my head for like..ever.. I don't think it would completely ruin my life... but I definitely don't want them out... but I seriously seriously need daycare taken care of and extra money for diapers and stuff would be awesome too...

@amberlee_94, i would personally save the message where he threats you ! u never know when u will need them and i would personally file for cs u need something secure for u and ur baby he should know that a child comes with responsibility and cs is a forsure paycheck ! even if he doesn't pay ull still have your paycheck in hand .. u do what u need to do to make life easier for u and ur child
