I know exactly what you mean! It's scary when it happens. But it's both of our firsts and I was told it's just your uterus shifting and stretching!

I cramped really badly (especially at night) from the time of my expected period all the way until about 14 weeks. Don't worry hun!!

@brandi_22, yes imma start drinking more throughout the day. The doc told me I can do benefiber for constipation too, and I know water will help with that too as well. Sorry for the tmi lol

No problem! I called my doc about cramps and every time I was told go drink water I felt so water bloated but cramps went away each time :)

The cramping can be from your uterus stretching! Everything is moving around so your baby can grow also when they say drink water seriously drink it. Go down a glass now that's a big reason why pregnant women get cramps from dehydration... Your back is going to hurt for the same reason things are moving so it's adding more pressure on your back :))))
If your not bleeding or on the floor dying in pain your fine hun it's the start and joys of pregnancy lol
