any one got any good tips for back pain? pillows and hot baths aren't doing much :(

Pillows to elevate when your sleeping and pregnancy masages..That's all I've been recommended but doesn't help at work or out walking!! x

you can take paracetamol while pregnant but don't know if it will help....hot water bottle and lie on ur side rather than ur back, just try and rest, I suffer from a bad back anyway and got told it would only get worse now am pregnant, I finish work at 5 go home get in bed and place a hot water bottle on my back...hope you find something to help x
