I had this last week. I took benedril and Tylenol and LOTS of water and phenagram for nausea.

benadryl ... idk if it makes a difference or not but when i got sick all i had was a childrens liquid benadryl i just took an adult dose of it and was better the next day!

I have to work an 8 hour shift haha...not sure Benadryl is going to be a good option!

See a doctor. I was sick like that and tried to use home remedies but it didn't work!
