Well My journey , Went to the ER Saturday With Cramping Pain , come to find out I'm dialating I was 3 cm and 70% effaced and only 32weeks +3days , they started me on magnesium to stop my contractions and started my steroids shot to help my baby girls lungs to mature faster. after 48 hours dose of the medicine they took me off the magnesium to see if if I could go without contracting. unfortunately he checked me and I was 5cm and 80% I was still progressing through the magnesium "baby girl didn't want to wait any longer" my water broke about 9am this morning and quickly decided to get my epidural "my hospital had a lot of births today" so around 12pm he decided to check me again by this time I was 8cm and completely thinned out "she was ready" by 2 pm the nurse came to check on me and she said wow you move fast I was completely dialated . cervix thin and ready to push , I started pushing around 2:30 and baby girl arrived at 2:38 "quick fast and a hurry" 4 pounds 6 oz just like her dad when he was born. baby girl is doing great and will hopefully be going home sooner than we thought 2 1/2 weeks is our goal.
