So random question... yes it silly but I've noticed it happening more every time I have to throw up I pee a little and I don't even have to go potty! has that happened to anyone else? I know it usually happens when I sneeze but now when I have to throw up ill have to be carrying extra pads and panties every where I go now! lol

Yeah, I've always had more discharge then the usual women, and since I've gotten pregnant it's legit felt like I was peeing myself, like I have time changed my underwear almost 3 times a day because there's so much of it. it's really annoying... .-.
@rachelmariecroxton, lol at first when it happened I would run to the restroom and check but lately its a mixture of both.
@montanamommyof2, I have been doing the kegels and it has helped on the sneezing; especially cuz I am that one person that sneezes 10 to 15 times at once and everytime i sneezed a little would come out.
It may not necessarily be pee. It could be discharge coming out from straining even the slightest bit. It happens to me, but then again, I do sometimes pee a little.
Lol its the same if you laugh, sneeze or cough. Its because of the pressure put on your bladder by your uterus .. Do kegels it helps
