Day 10- Do/Did you want a boy or a girl?

Well, my husband and I agreed that we wanted two of each by the time all is said and done, but both of us have always wanted our first child to be a boy (even back before we met). Well, you know what they say... er... sing, "you can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes you might find, well you get what you need!" Turns out our dreams of a tiny Jefferson Cian became the reality of awaiting the arrival of a little Wren Morrighan-Marie. I really don't think there was a moment of disappointment for either of us, though. My husband seemed put off at one point but when I asked him what was wrong, all he had to say was, "I'm going to have a daughter... oh god. all the boys I'm gonna have to run off later, better start looking for a good stick!" We're looking forward to our little angel and just hope she's healthy. <3
