so ive been having a lot of braxton hicks ever since my doctors visit (12-12-14) they are quite some time apart but lasting about 40 seconds. Im not sure if theyre just braxton hicks or actual contractions...can someone help me figuring it out

theyve are painful, they come and go. i dont know if i should just brush it off until my next doctors appoinment though...

contractions last 50 seconds to a minute & are very very very painful
