Hey guys ... Those that have kids already at wat age did u start to spank them? if u do believe in spankings....

But i do knw whoopings rather than simple spankings on the hand or butt make some kids very aggressive ...

I asked bcuz a friend of mine child is about to be 7 months n she feels its oh k to spank him which i dnt... It makes no sense to me... Im not quick to spank my daughter either n she 3 now but she clearly knws wat no means but she throws more tantrums rather than disobeying me so spankings are rare but i do think 7 months is way too young.. Lik they gone look at u crazy lik why u jus hit me... I jus dnt get it n thought i was the only one who waited til my baby was 2

Children understand more than you think and maybe if you explained to them and set up a consequence they will listen. Sorry I am not one to condone hitting a child for any reason, I was spanked as a child and I know for a fact it affected me in ways I can't even begin to explain. Yelling and hitting are no way to treat a child... Even a misbehaving one. You want your kids to respect you and not fear you... Your kids are supposed to trust you. If you hit them as discipline how can you possibly give them trouble for hitting others? Sorry I just can't stand the thought of a child being hit.

When you can understand and comprehend the words "no" "stop" "put that down" and "don't do that" and disobey still the then its time. just a pop or 2 on the butt tho

My god daughters been getting whooped since they were like 2 almost 3.... they are so fricken bad.idk when imma start spanking my daughter... guess I'll see how it goes!
