so tiring being a mummy. 9 pound 3 baby, only took 3 hours in established labour, didn't have any pain relief till 8cm dilated even then, I only had gas and air, so proud of myself.

@superchef93, some pains in my tummy, stings when I go the toilet but other than that and lack of sleep, good thankyou xx
