challenge day 8: birth plan
I obviously plan to have a vaginal birth. I would like to get an epidural unless for some reason I can handle the contractions. I would like immediate skin to skin time and I want delayed cord clamping and cutting. this obviously isn't set in stone, but if things go perfectly this is what I would like. overall, I just want myself and my baby girl to have a safe delivery and for her to be healthy :)

Girl, my birth plan didn't go exactly to plan.. Usually it never does.. Make sure you write it down and when you go into labor you give it to your nurse.. I wish I did that :(

I already have it written down :) I know they usually don't go as planned, but doesn't hurt to have one. just as long as baby and I are safe is what truly matters.
