Well, looks like my super bed rest gets to continue. From last Friday to today, I have gone from 1 cm to 2 and reached 75% effacement with a head down baby in station -3 already. This apparently concerns my doc more because this is my first baby. I have been given a goal of keeping her put for "at least 12 more days, kinda like the 12 days of Christmas, y'know?" Let's hope we can make it to 37 weeks like he wants! He says he won't stop me at 36 weeks, but anything between now and then will have me moved to a different hospital known for more advanced "emergency" obstetrics. :/

@wrens_mommy, im 35 weeks 4 days and on stricked be rest im at 2cm dilation, 75% effaced and a -2 with contractions starting anytime I am up to much.... they won't let me do anything until im 37 weeks they do not want him here till then. so I feel your pain its horrible being stuck in bed all day. This is my first as well... I have 11 days to go till im off bed rest. hang in there momma we are almost there!!!!

@sarahk088, I've got about 19 or 20 days of bed rest left to make it to magical 37, 12 days before he let's labor be labor if it happens. I'm hoping I can, and that you can make it to your mark too! At least we know we're doing what we can as best we can for our little ones!

that is very true the hospital my dr is through cannot facilitate a baby born before 36 weeks but they really want him in there until 37 just cause his lungs will be developed then. The funny part is if I wasn't on bed rest then I would want to my around all day but now that I cannot do anything all I want is to clean this house from top to bottom lol @wrens_mommy wr
