At how many weeks does the baby have to be breech to schedule before scheduling a C-Section.

Some babies don't turn till a week a day during labor I think they only decide c section if you had a previous c section or there's an emergency and they need the baby out immediately or if he baby just won't come out vaginally

Sorry ladies if this has already been asked but when are you guys going on maternity leave? I was thinking about working all the way up until my due date but with my work schedule, I may take it earlier
