The prenatal pills the doc gave me make me sick....so I bought some other ones they pose to be gentle on stomach and they say vegan but they also make me sick I want to know if anyone knows of good prenatal pills that are good for baby and me as in my hair looks dull and dry HELP! please!!!!

I feel like they all make you sick, you need to take them at night with food and a glass of water
