God its so terrible I'm considering getting some of those adult diapers :/ I mean it's not a lot at once it's just threw out the day :/

Most of the time if I sneeze or cough I will pee a little... It's a pain when I'm at work and it happens

I pee myself whenever I throw up its so nasty I hate it in always changing my pants
