i don't understand this I drink 10+ cups of water a day and some how I'm always dehydrated... for the last 2 days I wrote how many cups I drank (16) to be exact and there not 1cups either they measure out to be a Lil over 2 cups.. and tell me I don't drink enough! freaking doctors get under my skin

i do drink them as well like 2 small ones one with lunch an the other with dinner :( idk nothing seems to work

I'm the same way I'm always so so thirsty.. gaterade helped a bit but I still crave water sometimes

Try a sports drink since they have electrolytes in them!

How many bottles of water are we suppose to drink? They always say the baby has enough fluid but I don't think I drink enough

If I start drinking the raspberry tea how many times a day do I drink it and does it really help.

How did you all wean your child off the bottle? My daughter won’t drink her milk out of a sippy cup for nothing...but will drink her juice out of one..

mamabear008 That’s my son same problem... if I put juice in a sippy cup he’ll drink it but
dope.ass.mom I had the same issue with both of them... I found myself giving in to their bottle
onthegomomma I used a sippy cup the top had a rubber piece on top which worked pretty well..

Did anyone drink coffee during their pregnancy??? If so how many cups a day or how often?

ashleyrod i couldn’t drink it at all with my twins made me throw up, well everything did. so
mombie. I drank coffee!☕️ My OB was ok with 1-2 cups a day. 😊
sharkbait. Just one cup, it was either coffee or soda
