I'm so uncomfortable. can't lay down right and my back is killing me 😤😣💢💢💢💢

It's been that way for me for almost the last 10 weeks :(

I don't even know what to do anymore. I'm sitting on an excercice ball right now. but if I lay down my back its going to start hurting again 😤
