I went at 12 weeks but baby wasn't cooperating and the protrusion looked like a girl so I went a week later and yep no doubt it was a boy through ultrasound.

Great wow & this was at 14week by ultrasound???

I got a 80% at my 12 week ultrasound then had to know for sure so went at 14 weeks and it's 100% a boy
