my fiance and I have been trying for a baby for over 6 months and I found out recently that my birth mother had problems with her fertility and it took a very long time for her to get pregnant with me. my period is late and I am realllllyyyyy hoping I am pregnant. I hate getting my hopes up and then finding out that I am not pregnant. I really hope its not stress messing my cycle up and that I am pregnant. after finding out that it is most likely me with fertility issues I feel really sad and like its my fault... my fiance and I want to have kids together...

I was told I couldn't have any more kids after my oldest.... I missed my period and thought it was stress, I was 2 months pregnant. good luck. prayers are sent your way.

thank you :) last January my period was a week and a half late and I thought I was pregnant. I got so excited and it turned out to be stress messing with my cycle. I was devastated. I'm kinda scared to take a test because I really want a baby and if I'm not it will make me super sad. having fertility issues makes me feel like I'm a failure. I hate failing at anything! to me failing is the worse thing possible. its hard to deal with.. my birth mother had a horrid life.. my aunt told me about her fertility issues and her health problems a month ago. my adoptive mom never told me. I think she was trying to protect me from knowing the bad things my real mom went through. i

my mother tried for 9yrs to have my little brother and she started taking alfalfa pills and got pregnant in a snap. her doc said she must have had something unbalanced that the alfalfa balanced that helped her.

keep trying lady! I know that devastating feeling of seeing a negative test. much easier said than done, but try to stay positive! there are so many options now a days that even if you cant conceive right away you can try fertility treatments and something is bound to work! good luck to you and your fiance, I hope you get a positove very soon!
