Make sure you are sitting up as straight as possible and slowly sip on water. I use the extra strength tums and it usually takes multiple to get it to work

I didn't know it'd give me heart burn I normally don't eat chocolate and thanks I'll def try that @prego_bbw

drink ginger ale helps me a Lil tumbs don't work for me either
