My baby has her cord around her neck and I'm afraid my dr will schedule me to have a csection if she doesn't undo herself 😔 but then again I rather not risk anything. I'm being seen twice a week for NST(non stress testing) Anyone else had this happen ? I'm so worried that every time she kicks I just thank god
but if you do really feel concerned when your baby girl doesn't kick as much or at all just go into l&d just to calm you down and reassure you that everything is okay even if it's everyday that's what my nurses told me, that's your little girl and it's better to be safe than sorry. .good luck😘😘
they told me the same thing I had to keep track of his kicks every hour, and I think because maybe the cord slows down there heart rate I'm not sure but my baby always had his lazy days where he wouldn't really kick for hours so the first time that happened I went to l&d cuz I was freaked out and the baby had a normal heart rate everything was fine so after that I really tried not to worry about it as much (: and no I had a c section because my baby was too big for my body and I wasn't able to dilate past 5cm & he was ready to come out but they all had told me not to push or else he was gonna do some serious damage so they had to do a c section on me lol @minililly
@brittneilynn21 thanks for the article/website made me calm my nerves a bit more
Yea my baby has her cord around twice too. Dr told me it does happen quite a bit but what freaked me out was her saying that if I don't feel her move to go to the hospital right away to have me monitored. Did you end up having a csection due to the cord being around him? @momma94
Yes my baby boy had the cord wrapped around his neck twice and he was like that for the entire 3rd trimester he came out fine they told me it happens quite alot actually just keep drinking a lot of water that way he has a lot of fluid to float around in :)
Praying for you
