feeling really exhausted especially after climbing stairs. its hard to breathe. I'm basically out of breath. any advice?

Get use to that I run outta breath just talking.. All I can say is take breaks while walking sit if you have too I do all the time I don't care where I'm at if I'm tired and feel like I can't breath my butts sitting down for a mintue

Is it normal for newborns to forget how to breathe or look like they’re having trouble breathing?

It freaks me out.
