So update.. contractions are about 7-8 mins apart. I am delivering naturally so I'm using the birthing ball and squat chair during the contractions and it helps.. swaying does also but the shower was a no no. lol so hopefully next time I get on here I will be holding my daughter!
Vaginal labor is so easy I would rather take the contractions any day than to have to have a c section
This back labor and contractions are getting annoying! I am so tired 😴
So threw up the brew but still having some contractions. I suppose it will help dilation. Sigh so I guess my appointment for Friday to get monitoring is still on . I hope my fluids stay consistent.
i wish these contractions would either just stop or regulate . it hurts to touch my body from it contracting so much on and off .
I have a low tolerance of pain so I’m screwed either way 😂 but I am going to get through a natural birth no matter what! Quick question: Are the contractions or pushing the most painful? I’ve felt contractions with my first and omg. But I didn’t experience the pushing. He was way to tiny.
