yeah I jus get discouraged cuz I don't pump out a lot so I'm thinking I don't have any milk in me but hopefully the hot cloth trick works !!

Got ya, also don't give up it will take time for it to build up, then my sister in law said then it will build up and after like 3 minutes u will get a full bottle, just don't give up! I've talked about giving up but still haven't!

if I didn't want to breastfeed to dry milk out or sumthin like that.. I was irritated that day so I didn't pay attention much..but I'm gonna try it again hopefully I get more @camillesmom

use cabbage leaves if you didn't want to what? Try that and see if it helps and my sister in law said to also drink a whole bottle of water while pumping

okay I'm gonna try the hot washcloths cuz I've been pumping i always get little under ounce.. I was bout to give up but I do have lactation consultant at her pediatric office they jus said use cabbage leaves if I didn't want too and if I did to stimulate the breast and sumthin else I can't remember but I do want to but nothing really coming out like the first time I did it @camillesmom

or while you pump out warm (add hot as you can tolerate) washcloths on your breasts, I did that and milk came like pouring out it seemed and I got like 2 ounces from each side versus half an ounce I did the last one without the washcloths

I'm beast feeding and had a c-section and since my daughter was born a month ago just from breast feeding no exercise I went from 245ish to 217. u 100% suggest you go see a lactation consultant if your going to stay breast feeding I didn't until I started having problems with my breast and in pain not from the usual cracked nipples though so if your serious about breast feeding go see one and will help your baby get the correct latch and could probably help with getting her to stay eating on it

okay I know what your talking about now, I got it today it came with electric breast pump.. I gave it try and I got more milk last night than today ;(( @kaylhunt2

a nipple shield, you can get them at walmart, its basically a thin bottle nipple like thing that goes over your nipple for breast feeding. i hear that its a life saver for tenderness too

have you tried using a shield? i know it helps my nephew, who is usually fed breast milk from a bottle. hes a preemie so he was too small to latch at first.

I have two enormous cantaloupes on my chest lol so I'm sure I have enough milk its so tiring to pump tho .. I pump enough for her & that's it ;) @kaylhunt2

I tried to let her do it but she won't latch on or She'll suck couple times and stop. I wanna do breastfeeding bcuz its better for her & the weight loss for me, I heard its harder to lose weight when you have c section ;(((( @babyboolala

Yay! The more u pump the more u get! Also allow her to suckle when she's hungry so she can latch on easily! This is such a great bonding experience and helps u lose weight! 😘😘😘
