yeah it sucks :-( especially because my mind and body was so use to working out and staying active 6 days a week, so yeah it is truly hard but thank god I'm almost due so i can get back to my regular lifestyle. .... on January 9 :-) you?
Ugh So jealous! !!! lol i train and was extremely active but when i hit 3 months everytime i went to the gym to train or work out I always started spotting and the doctors said I could've lose the baby so i preferred to let go till I give birth , oh how I miss my gym :'-(
Nope! I was very active prior to getting pregnant and they say to keep doing everything you were doing as long as it's comfortable for you!:-) it's probably more dangerous to not exercise and not have the stamina to labor. ;)
