i was up last night from 4:00am till 6:00 with false labor pains/contractions ands it was mostly in my back it hurt so bad but when the contractions quit at 6 this morning my back still killed me until I finally feel sleep. then when I woke up today I feel amazing no pain any where and she is moving up a storm. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow I'm gonna tell my doctor what happened and see if I've dilated any. wish me luck. I'll keep you all updated on what happens.

You should ask your doctor about babies position, cause if babies back is to your back that causes back labour. You want baby head down facing your spine so that their back runs down your front and you want them on the left. It makes for the easiest more painless route out of the vjj! Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

I don't know whats going on with little Ryder tonight but I am beyond miserable. Earlier today I was standing by the door looking outside when I got a sharp pain in my lower back (left side) and what felt like I was leaking (maybe the size of a quarter) but it was not urine. Ladies im in pain i dont know how to explain it i cant step on my left leg it feels like nerve somewhere in my lower back is pulling i dont know what to do especially when i have toddler to run after . I was just sitting on my bed with my legs over the edge and feet on the floor, I suddenly got this HORRIBLE back pain ALL over my back in sort of a wave feeling from the middle out.
