So my family thinks I'm under weight and that my baby is underweight. They argue that I don't eat enough and that I'm feeding two. I just laughs because their all fat. I've gained 8 pounds my entire pregnancy. What's the big deal! I eat healthy and stay active.
So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔
Do you have to eat good in order to breastfeed? My MiL always asks if I'm eating good and I tell her yea just because I don't want to argue with her (I only eat like once or twice if I'm lucky a day) but I mean, there are women in third world countries who breastfeed and I'm sure they rarely eat themselves too. She always says that if I don't eat proper meals throughout the day my milk will 'dry up' is this true??
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Up 30 lbs ? Went to the doctor today and yup.... I've gained 30 pounds already. I'm 22w1d. My doctor is not worried at all. I was on phentermine pills (diet pills that help decrease appetite) before I got pregnant so my body was used to only eating once a day but I stopped taking them as soon as I thought I was pregnant. So now my body is just in shock with eating 3 meals plus snacks a day. I'm just like WOW 30lbs! I gained 45 with my first but I was heavier to start with my first . Oh well. Who else has gained this much?
Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?

I eat a lot but I eat small amounts throughout the day and have at least 2 big meals @yazdahboss

yes. I mean they say you have to eat . but when they say eat for two u don't literally have too lol he is so tiny . but when u are in the third trimester he needs food to gain fat .

@yazdahboss, I know my family is crazy. They feel the need to over eat for 40 weeks and make up for the weeks you didn't know you were pregnant.
