HELP!!! my LMP was 9/20. been TTC for 1 yr and it finally happened. don't have insurance yet so I went to the er 11/9 when I was supposed to b 7 weeks just to make sure everything else was where its supposed to be and progressing as expected. hcg level came bk at 33792 and ultrasound dated me 5w3d and they said that matched up with the blood test. the us had me concerned because they only saw gest. sac and yolk sac. measured 10.0x 6.3 x 7.5 cm. no fetal pole no heartbeat detected. and possible subchorionic hemorrhage. I chalked it up to be an early pregnancy as they stated. OK so I had sex 11/20 and had mild spotting in my body fluid. real minor. just streaks. I almost missed it. it lasted for a few wipes.. I had a cramp that lasted 4 hrs. went to the er 11/21 to f/u and check things out after the spotting. hcg lvl at 44654 supposed to be 7 w 1d.. us was disturbing. uterus now measures 11.6 x 5.7 x 7.0 cm. gest. sac present with mildly regular morphology. possible fetal pole but too small for dating. no yolk sac no heart beat. still talking about subchorionic. and now a possible let fibroid (which I've never had) that wasn't on the previous scan. the Dr is saying I need to prepare for a mc. he didn't want to start meds to induce the mc because there is a small chance. that things can develop normally.. has anybody ever experienced this. I've never had a mc.. I'm so stressed out. should my hcg levels be higher in that amount of time?

stressing will make it worse hunny, you have to try to relax and if you have a higher power ask for courage and strength, otherwise just believe in yourself and ur baby, that happened with me and I'm 37 weeks now, just try to relax

the er told me that I had lost my baby and that there was only a sac, ended up going to an actual Dr and my dating was off and the er Dr was, excuse my use of this word, a retarded ass. my fiance and I had been trying for almost 2 years and got blessed, now I want her out lol, gave her an eviction notice and all lol @momof3sp

like I said just try to relax, I know easier said then done, but try, if you stress to much it could make things worse, have faith momma @momof3sp

@momof3sp, RELAX PRAY AND LEAVE IT IN GODS HANDS HUN GOD IS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING BUT YOU HAVE TO RELAX I DID ALOT OF STRESSING IN THE BEGINNING AND I STILL DO AND WHEN I DO HE IS LESS ACTIVE. YOU HAVE TO BE STRONG AND THINK POSITIVE. IM HERE OF YOU NEED ME

I had a friend go through the same thing. Her son is now 4 years old :) and she now has a daughter who is almost a year old. I say relax. The outcome could be good. If your doctor was sure that you would miscarry he would have induced already. Good luck

I'm not sure about your HCG levels but the fact that they are rising is a good sign.

Also most of the time a subchorionic hematoma will heal on its own. I would suggest bed rest and healthy eating, and staying positive to help your body through this.
