Are the 4oz bottles worth buying? how long do you use them vs the 8oz bottles? && do you recommend…

skip the four oz an whatever bottles u do get make sure it says BPA free

@sexii_diiva, yes the 4oz are just for ease in the early months. I have a few only because they were a gift in my shower. BPA free is a must.

@sexii_diiva, I just got 6 playtex nurser with drop Ins, cause I'm breastfeeding, I will get 8oz later I do have 2 old school glass bottles 4oz for rice cereal though

@mrssabby if I get the 4oz I think I'll just get like 3 of them. mainly for when I have soemwhere to go. but I plan to buy a whole shyt load of bottles because I don't like washing dishes. we have a dishwasher but still I literally want at least 20 bottles ..

@sexii_diiva, lol I thought I was the only one who felt that wAy, I hate washing dishes but hey I got two dishwashers they are 12 and 8 but naw I'm only gonna get 6 8oz too 12 bottles is enough plus two cereal cause once they get 6 mths you can spoon them cereal at night and it helps them sleep straight through

im going to use playtex angle neck bottles my mom told me to... my brother had collic when he was a baby and she became like an expert on it..

My daughter is a month and a half and still just uses the 4oz bottles and I have Dr.Browns.

At least get 3 of the 4 oz bottles. They literally only drink like 2 3 ounces of milk per feed for a few months. If you have an 8 oz bottle, it'll be too big and very little milk or if you fill it up you would have to store it in the fridge and reheat. It's too much work, I recommend at least a few 4oz bottles :)

@sexii_diiva, rice cereal is filling for them when they get a few months old it keeps their tummy full and makes them sleep longer in between feelings

The 4 Oz come in handy you should have at least 5 of those. They don't start drinking more then 4 Oz until 6 months or so.. And Avent is a really good brand it'll be the brand I use.. And the munchkin latch is really good too. It's new..
