Is it normal for me to get so light headed and out of breath even when I pick my son up

But it's everytime I stand up and my son so clingy he always wants to be held I don't know how to break that

you aren't supposed to be lifting things especially not children stay safe!

I hate to tell you this but you are going to have to start telling him no when he asked to be picked up. also if it keeps happening I would inform your doctor your blood sugar may be dropping rapidly. my son use to always want to be held but I tell him no an he would scream but then get over it. you have to put your foot down hun. best of luck @christinab13

@jessiaa20, that's my my aunt said my blood sugar may be dropping but I always pick him up because his father just plays videos games but I'll try thank you I've been really stressed this morning because he was fighting with me he was sleepy but dident want to sleep

yeah I use to have the same problem with my blood sugar I use to have oj at my side at all times cause it would drop. but I know what you mean with your son. mine was the same an I had to put my foot down an get him to break from his habit
