hey girls this is my first post lol. im 18 weeks & 6 days, im having a lot of tiredness I sleep through out the day & still wake up tired ive had a lot of eye irritation feeling very sleepy. also I have horrible head pain/pressure. anyone else experiencing this or has experienced this? thanks! :)

Y'all i been on glow all morning and I wasn't going to post this but I have a lot of GOOD, HONEST, but very KIND hearted friends on here. I don't want to embarrass myself but here it is??? What do you think?? Im 4 days prier to my expected period?
I gotta question could I be pregnant and have 2 1/2 day period because I think i got pregnant on Nov 26 and had implantation bleeding on Dec 11 because I'm usually on my period for at least 4 days but mostly 5 or 6 which my full period was Nov 11 for 5 days ?? but in dec only 2 1/2 days it's kinda confusing really im excited about my Dr visit feb19 to know for sure :)
could i be having a miscarriage So ive been having stomach. Cramps that come and go like im on my period i have not been bleeding or having any fever just the cramps. Is this normal? Its my first pregnancy and im 4weeks and 2 days

I'm not so sure about the head pain, maybe talk to yur doctor about that but I was so sleepy too, I could've probably slept for days straight if I really wanted to. You'll get more energy further into your second trimester.

sleeping too much can actually hurt you more. makes you have way less energy, youll feel way more tired. just try not to sleep more than 10-12 hours. I know you are super exhausted but sleeping too much isnt good

i used too get that i still do but rarely . its not its normal during pregnancy . you need to drink plenty of water dehydration can cause this or not eating well

I'm 18 wks 2 days and deal with a lot of the same. Am currently dying on the couch from a headache and feel like I haven't sleep in days I'm so tired.
