I'm really pissed off. My dad called and immediately started yelling at me like I did something wrong and trying to tell me how to raise my kid and trying to control my pregnancy because I applied for government assistance Because I can't afford certain stuff and I want help learning how to raise my kid in a better way than I was an more like food stamps and my social worker. I was ignored and abused and neglected in just about every imaginable. I'm NOT going to have my kid feel the same way I did my entire life.

You need to do what is right for you and your child. Your father and everyone else in the world doesn't have a say unless you are harming your child. Which is sounds like you are trying to avoid doing that. Tell your dad that he had his chance to raise a child when you were little but now this is YOUR kid and if he can't respect you as a mother and let you make your choices (whether it leads to a mistake or not) it is your choice to make. Stand your ground otherwise he will probably try to push into the decisions that he thinks are right... I have told everyone in my family that me and my bf are making the decisions and they can make gentle suggestions but they don't the final say.
@love_music014, I dont understand why some parents have so much pride.. if they arent in a situation or willing to help you how dare fhey speak on what you are doing to provide for yourself.. sometimes we fall on hard times.. we need a little help.. stay strong hope things get better for u.. everyone needs a stepping stone..
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Why Are Many Women Unaware of Their Own Anatomy?
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
