I have it found out at 10 weeks pregnant thru my blood test basically it means you'll need this certain antibiotics in your system for at least 4 hours before you start pushing the bacteria we carry regrows so fast that's why they can't do anything till the day of delivery! You'll be fine it's so common me and my friend who's preggers has it! So if you feel any contractions go straight to L&D so they can hook you up :) you'll be fine good luck!

Im not there just yet, but I was reading a post about it the other day. From what I read group b means you will recieve antibiotics during delivery
